Terms

The rules for using this site. They are short because the site is simple: it informs, and it puts you in touch with us.

Who runs this site

Clareza Selvagem, Lda · NIPC 519 536 460 · Rua das Murças 78, Sala 3, 9000-058 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal · clarezaselvagem@clarezaselvagem.com · +351 961 122 701.

What this site is, and is not

It is information about what we do. It is not a contractual offer and creates no obligation on either side.

What binds is the cession-of-operation contract you may come to sign. Where anything here differs from it, the contract prevails.

The figures you see here

The launch split — 85% of the NET for you and 15% for us — applies to contracts concluded between 1 August and 1 November 2026; otherwise the list split applies, 82% and 18%. Figures are shown excluding IVA where stated. The full conditions — minimums, terms, what is included and what is passed on — are in the cession-of-operation contract, and that is where they should be read before deciding.

Clara

Clara is an artificial-intelligence assistant and says so. She answers immediately and in several languages, and anything sensitive goes to a person on our team.

What Clara writes does not bind Clareza Selvagem and is not legal, tax or accounting advice. For anything that counts, a person talks to you.

Intellectual property

The brand, the name, the texts, the images and the film on this site are ours or used with permission. You may quote them with attribution; you may not reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

Links out

When we link elsewhere, it is because it is useful. We do not control what is there and are not answerable for it.

Availability and accuracy

We do what we can to keep this accurate and online, and we do not guarantee it is always available or free of error. If you find one, tell us — we will fix it and be grateful.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the Madeira district are competent for any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting anyone contracting as a consumer.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you contract with us as a consumer, you may turn to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body (Portuguese Law 144/2015). In Madeira: the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região Autónoma da Madeira. The current list of bodies is at consumidor.gov.pt.

Before any of that, tell us: most of what goes wrong is solved in a conversation, and that is the one we prefer.

Privacy

What we do with your data is on the privacy page, and that is the one we suggest reading first.
